The GAVI Alliance Board brings together experts from both the public and private sectors. Representative board members from multilateral development agencies, donors, developing country governments, civil society representatives, and the academic community help to shape GAVI’s strategic vision and provide critical support in programme implementation. Independent individuals with experience in the private sector bring an innovative perspective to board discussions and allow the board to fulfill its role as GAVI’s fiduciary.
Mary Robinson is the Chair of the GAVI Alliance Board; Jaime Sepulveda is Vice-Chair
The GAVI Alliance Board operates in accordance with its statutes (37K), by-laws (97K) and conflict of interest policy (68K).
The GAVI Alliance Board is supported by a secretariat with offices in Geneva and Washington.
